Billionaire Brain Wave is sold by its seller and retailed by ClickBank. The notes below summarize the published policies as of the date shown. OccHealthNews does not process orders or refunds, and the terms shown at checkout are the ones that apply.

The 90-day guarantee

Three sources give the same number:

• the ClickBank checkout opened from our buttons says: “ClickBank will allow for the return or replacement of any product within 90 days from the date of purchase.”;
• the seller’s pages say the purchase is backed by a 90-day money-back guarantee;
• the seller’s terms ask that refund requests be made within 90 days of purchase.

ClickBank, as the retailer, processes refunds under its own policy. Keep your receipt.

Asking for your money back

• Find your ClickBank receipt email; it contains your order number. Your card statement shows the name CLKBANK*BillBrainWave.
• Contact ClickBank order support on 1-800-390-6035 (or clkbank.com) with that order number and the email you used. You can also email the seller’s product support at [email protected].
• Keep a note of the date you bought, and ask well inside the 90 days.

If your audio has not arrived

The seller says the audio is emailed to the address you entered at checkout right after your purchase. Check your inbox, spam and promotions folders first. If nothing has arrived, contact ClickBank order support with your order number.
